In classrooms, instead of having only books to learn from, students have computers and access to unlimited information through the Internet. By being able to access much more information in a shorter amount of time, children have the ability to learn a lot faster. Before computers were so easily accessed, whenever information about a certain topic was needed, children would have to do copious amounts of research at the library, and they still might not find the amount of information that they would on the internet.

For example, if a child needs to learn more about the history of the light bulb, he can simply search for “light bulb history” on the Internet. He’ll find all sorts of information about the invention, the person who invented it, and people who have helped to improve the it.

Technology allows schools to better teach children. Computers are not the only advancement which helps make teaching and learning easier. SMART Boards are interactive whiteboards which teachers can use to save their lessons and post them online for their students to see and use at home.

By taking advantage of the advancements and accessibility of technology in classrooms, teachers are better equipped to teach students. Technology also allows students to do research quicker and more efficiently, making education easier.

So you bought your tween a phone just so you could keep track of him or her. That phone was likely little more than a handset and, as your tween became a teen, it simply wasn’t enough. Upgrading your teen to a Motorola Android phone just makes sense. Not only do Droid phones offer a wide variety of features and functions, teens love Android phones.

Taking a minute to understand what makes Motorola Android phones different from others can help you understand why one of these phones may be ideal for your teenager. Basically, Android is an operating system owned by Google. It is used to create cell phones with higher functionality. Motorola Android phones have large storage capacities, multi-touch functionality, over 200,000 currently available applications, support a variety of media types, and allow users to use voice commands, video chatting, and other cutting edge features.

That sounds great, but what makes most teens love Motorola Android phones is far simpler. All of that fancy programming really boils down to three teen friendly facts. First, texting and chatting functionality is greatly improved on these models. Second, the processing speed makes playing games, surfing the net, and running apps faster than ever before. Third, Droid phones are able to select a larger variety of media types and files, making it possible for teens to play music, videos, and movies, all from the comfort of their hand.

Luckily, parents like these phones for teenagers as well. The ability to select models with or without cameras has made Droid phones a favorite with teens and parents alike.
